Competition Entry for a building on the plot where there used to be one of the medieval gates leading to the Old Town. Contemporary form, sand-coloured brick and accentuated corner were to fill the gap in the urban fabric. Retail units were planned on ground and first floor while 17 residential units on upper floors. Usable area approx.. 2400m2. Collaboration: Robert Salmon. The project won Honourable Mention.
